The Chemin Neuf Community is a Roman Catholic Community with an ecumenical vocation,
which grew out of a prayer group in Lyon, France, in 1973.

2,400 people are members of the Community present in 30 countries, in 80 dioceses; among them are 400 consecrated celibates, including 120 priests.

Couples, consecrated brothers and sisters, women and men, from different countries and different cultures have chosen the adventure of community life following Christ.

The spirituality of the Community is rooted both in the Ignatian tradition and in the experience of the Charismatic Renewal.

The Chemin Neuf Community in Tigery

The Chemin Neuf Community in Tigery has about twenty members: consecrated brothers and sisters as well as couples. The mission of this community house is to welcome groups for various community events, as well as external group events.

From October to December, the members of the community have the joy of living with the young people from the language school and sharing their daily life in Tigery with them.
